(Dec. 20, 2022) Calling all renters! The Richmond Great Point Company has opened the lottery for their soon-to-be completed affordable apartments off Old South Road. These 20 rentals are part of the Richmond Meadows II development. The apartments will be available in early 2023.

Lottery agent SEB Housing distributed an informational packet earlier this month. For reference, the income limits (AMI) and corresponding rents are listed below:

– 6 units will be rented to households earning 70% or less AMI (studio rent $1,325; 1 bedroom rent $1,511; 2 bedroom rent $1,667)

– 2 units will be rented to households earning 80% or less AMI (studio rent $1,531; 2 bedroom rent $1,932)

– 7 units will be rented to households earning 110% or less AMI (studio rent $1,850; 1 bedroom rent $2,560; 2 bedroom rent $3,182; 3 bedroom rent $3,506)

– 5 units will be rented to households earning 120% or less AMI (studio rent $1,725; 1 bedroom rent $2,319; 2 bedroom rent $2,577)

Visit SEB’s website to download an application. Applications are also available at the Nantucket Town Hall, the Nantucket Atheneum, and the Richmond Meadows II Leasing Office. Completed applications must be received by SEB before 2:00 pm on February 6, 2023.  The lottery will be held on February 15, 2023 at 6:00 pm via Zoom.
