Calling all renters! The Richmond Great Point Company has opened the lottery for their soon-to-be completed affordable apartments off Old South Road. These 16 rentals are part of the Richmond Meadows II development. The apartments will be available in early summer. 

Lottery agent SEB Housing distributed an informational flyer earlier this month. For reference, the income limits (AMI) and corresponding rents are listed below:

– 6 units will be rented to households earning 50% or less AMI (studio rent $955; 1 bedroom rent $1,088)

– 4 units will be rented to households earning 80% or less AMI (1 bedroom rent $1,546; 2 bedroom rent $1,707)

– 6 units will be rented to households earning 100% or less AMI (studio rent $1,725; 1 bedroom rent $2,319; 2 bedroom rent $2,577)

A public information session will be held on March 30th at 6:00 pm via YouTube livestream and conference call. Households can also attend the livestream and conference call in the Community Room of the Public Safety Building.

Visit SEB’s website to download an application. Applications are also available at the Nantucket Atheneum. Completed applications must be received by SEB before 2:00 pm on May 10th, 2022.  The lottery will be held on May 23rd at 6:00 pm.
