(March 24, 2022) Over the course of three weeks in March, participants of our first-time homebuyer ed class determined their home buyer readiness.

Local professionals Beth Ann Meehan of Cape Cod 5 Savings Bank, Penny Dey of Atlantic East Real Estate, Attorney Julie Fitzgerald, Marc Gazaille of Nantucket Home Inspection, and Vin DeBaggis of Rogers|Gray Insurance shared insight about how to best navigate the homebuying process.  Specific topics included how to resolve credit issues, how to qualify for a mortgage, the importance of a home inspection, and much more. All of these components prepare buyers for a successful real estate transaction and beyond.
