With three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, these homes are designed to provide permanent residences for families earning less than 240% of the area median income–a maximum of approximately $348,000 per year for a household of four.

Selecting First-Time Homebuyers

The opportunity to become a homeowner on Honeysuckle Drive is a dream for many, and we are dedicated to making this dream a reality. First-time home buyers will be selected through a lottery system, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
