August 25, 2026 — On August 4, our community came together at The Gaslight for Housing Nantucket’s 2026 Annual Benefit, celebrating our shared commitment to creating housing solutions for Nantucket’s year-round community.

The evening featured an unforgettable performance by two-time GRAMMY-nominated artist Maggie Rose. Guests enjoyed delicious food, craft cocktails, and the opportunity to connect with neighbors and friends who share a passion for strengthening our island community.

While it was certainly a night to remember, the Benefit’s impact extends far beyond one evening. The generosity of our sponsors, donors, and guests helps Housing Nantucket turn creative ideas into real housing opportunities. We acquire and preserve properties, recycle and relocate existing homes, develop new year-round rentals, create attainable homeownership opportunities, and partner with property owners to unlock new housing possibilities.

A special thank you to The Gaslight for once again welcoming us into its vibrant venue, and to Maggie Rose for sharing her remarkable talent and making the evening truly unforgettable.
